Important Notice
Effective December 1, 2023, a 50% downpayment or full payment is required upon booking for all services rendered.
Secure your slot by booking individual appointments through Facebook Messenger. While walk-ins are accepted, availability during your visit is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations should be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. The 15% down payment/full payment can be applied as credit for your subsequent appointment.
- For our esteemed package holders, cancellations should be conveyed at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment to facilitate rescheduling.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 15% down payment/full payment.
- For our valued package holders, failure to attend a scheduled appointment will lead to an automatic deduction of the booked session.

Medical Concerns
- In the case of urgent medical concerns leading to cancellations, we kindly request future clients and package holders to provide a valid medical certificate.
