We offer a 30 days warranty return policy if you do not see slower and finer hair growth within the period. The product must be returned as a full bottle within 30 days.

We offer a 30 days return policy should you have a change of mind. Please ensure the item is intact and has no damage. Our product refund policy does not apply to any damaged product caused by mishandling and abuse.

Pink Parlour will send a refund approval email and within 45-60 days from the date of approval Pink Parlour will refund it via Internet banking, minus 10% of the administrative charge.

PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Packages(s) that have been purchased at Pink Parlour may be refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The refund process will not continue under several circumstances as follows: the closure of the outlet or the change of therapist.

In order to make the refund process go, we required customers to send us a formal email. Pink Parlour will send a refund approval email and within 45-60 days from the date of approval Pink Parlour will refund it via internet banking, minus a $50 administrative charge or 10% of the package price, we will refer to the higher-priced one.

Pink Parlour will also charge refunds according to its original ala carte price since packages are all promotion drop priced from 30%-50%.

CONVERSION POLICY
Pink Parlour prepaid packages purchased can be converted to Mix and Match credits, minus an administrative charge of 10% of the package price.

These credits can be used to offset any other treatments from the treatment menu at a la carte price. However, the credits cannot be used to offset any retail product. The converted credits will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package, excluding GST minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.

PACKAGES
Pink Parlour packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. All packages bought at Pink Parlour can be shared with one other person at any one time except all Nails & Alpha Light packages.

Packages bought in the store must be used there only. If they bought packages and want to be used in other outlets and want to be shared they need to pay a P300 pesos flat fee
​
Strictly no sharing is allowed for all Nails & Alpha Light membership programs.
PACKAGES EXTENSION

Extension of the package is chargeable P500 for 3 months & P1,000 for 6 months of the package price
​
An official email to wecare.pinkparlourph@gmail.com is required stating reasons for the termination of the package must be tendered for all admin to review and reconsider.

A crossed check will be sent within 45-60 days from the date of approval of the refund by the management.
​
Only exchange, transfer, or conversion to other services will be allowed after the 30th day of purchase.

The exchange amount will be tabulated based on the amount paid for the package excluding taxes minus the original published price of the total treatments redeemed previously.
